Activities In-house Residence

15 designers participate in the residency program during 2 months in European companies.

Decoding European Creative Skills project grants 15 young designers during 2 months to travel to Eindhoven, Salzburg, and Barcelona to carry out internships in 15 European companies.

This activity aims to promote the career development for 15 European designers selected amongst the professionals taking part in the Creative Challenges. Through this residences 15 companies will experience first-hand how can creative processes have a positive impact on their competitiveness. In this way, this activity will contribute to raising the interest of European companies for design.

Ana Fortiny is a Space Designer who studied at Elisava School of Design in Barcelona.
Creativity and intuition are reflected in her effectiveness and confidence about all of her projects. Nonconformity is the characteristic that makes her outstanding through hard work and perfectionism. Capable to work by own or as part of a group. She considers that photography, painting, drawing and sculpture help to see the world from another point of view, and to develop new scripts and dialogues with the objective being to improve the world.

Eva Bajková is an industrial design student originally from Brno University of Technology but currently she is studying at Fachhochschule Salzburg. Her original focus is on design, which is all about the pretty and functional things. But, her background is mostly technical, where she learned analytical and critical thinking and also how to be patient. Generally, she loves to face problems and come up with new creative solutions both as a designer or technician.
